You can send direct messages to the other Lords, and you are free to say whatever you like as long as you don’t use offensive terms towards the other player. If you do use offensive terms, your opponent may rightfully report you and you may be ejected from the game, pending a Game Master’s evaluation of the seriousness and eventual repetition of the situation.

In a message you can include a diplomatic status proposal to the other Lord, according to the rules explained in Diplomacy Status.

If you go to Diplomacy => Messages, you will see the list of all the messages you ever received, displayed in pages of six messages each, which you can navigate from one to the other by clicking on the numbers and/or arrows to the bottom right of the messages. You also have on the bottom left of the messages an option to “Show all Messages” in one single page, instead of displaying groups of six messages.

Each message shows which Land was the sender, what was its title or subject, and the date when the message was delivered. By clicking in the “Subject” you can access the full message and any offers/proposals it may include.

The messages you still haven’t accessed will be shown in green, and those you’ve already clicked to see will be shown in white.

By using the select box on top of the messages you can see the ones you’ve sent, also with the same interface to navigate throw them.
